Biometrics- is a general term used for developed computer controlling and automated systems and for knowing physical and behavior characteristics of a user for determination of a person. Card, cipher and pin number are chosen for being more reliable in comparison with other methods.

Advantages of biometrics systems are the following:
User should necessarily be in the places where he (or she) confirms personal information. He (or she) should have personal card or other identification documents. It is not necessary to know by heart cipher/pin number which is considered to be secret.

Jointly with the beginning of active usage of computer and internet which are considered to be means of information technologies, some personal information or secret information of firms should be protected from getting them by unauthorized persons and organizations. Largely used systems instead of determining the users confirm information presented by them (users). Biometric technologies directly recognizing persons is considered to be integral component of high security applications.

Through finger-print, net membrane of an eye, vessel and face recognition biometric entry controlling systems used mainly witmethod of equalizing of biometric registrations got beforehand on computer database. Relatively to the entrance controlling systems with normal cards (they work a little bit slowly), cards with pin codes are used more widely. In the factory entrances with dense attendance it may be not so appropriate, but it is exact solution for the places where high security is necessary.
This system is used by fewer amounts of persons but have necessity in high security. It used for providing control in the entrances of the private places. High technologies of this system you can find again in TAC TECHNO CENTER
