In the event that a place is overcrowded with the people waiting and standing in a queue in bank branches, notary offices, hospitals, and other state authorities and departments and such a case is resulted in a time and money loss by harming the psychology of both working people and visitors coming as customers. With PcProx Sıramat System taking a place in the product group of TAC TECHNO CENTER this problem will be settled easily. In the system BİLETMAT (TICKETMAT) device issuing a row number is placed with Kiosk (Stand) at the main entrance door. The visitors according to their purpose of visit by pressing the button receive their row numbers. There is a led panel showing a cash desk number on columns of cash desk of registration officers who carry out the operation and a row number of the operation to be carried out. Similarly led panel takes a place in common places like a waiting room. With the system software all cash offices and visitors receiving their row numbers are automatically saved in the memory. Upon completion the operation carried out by a cash desk officer when s/he presses the button available therein, the system will automatically direct the awaiting number (number in a queue) to that officer and a row number connected with a cash desk number appears on led panels, meanwhile a noise warning is sounded. At the same time, a systematic working condition will be created through prevention of a disordered situation. |
